1. Delivery Policy:

  • A R12 surcharge applies for every order.
  • Delivery is only available in selected areas.
  • Delivery has a minimum order of R30.
  • Breakfast orders are taken until 11:00am.
  • Although we will try our best to deliver your food orders within the indicated timeframe, to help ensure the safety of our delivery riders, delivery times may be affected due to bad weather and/or traffic conditions.
  • Delivery services is subject to availability. We reserve the right to reject any order.
  • The coupon code is only valid for one delivery and order. The coupon only applies to online orders.

2.Return and Refunds policy

  • The provision of goods and services by One Holler is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, One Holler will refund the client in full within 30 days.
  • Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10 % administration fee.
  • Once the goods are on route, being delivered or have left the premises or are no longer in the hands of staff or One Holler the welfare of the goods are no longer the responsibility of One Holler.

3.Customer Privacy Policy

  • One Holler shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal

We may vary the Web Order Terms from time to time and any use or continued use of the Site shall be deemed acceptance of these Web Order Terms. These Web Order Terms, together with the Website Terms, the Privacy Policy and any other policies which you may consent to, constitute the entire agreement between One Holler and you with respect to your use of the Site.
